We have been tenants of the Marlowe Innovation Centre for many years.  The free parking is very useful for our patients and a big plus for any tenant.  The facilities which we use the most, include temporary staff at short notice, a post room, parcel receipt, a meeting area, fast internet and lunch area. In addition Marlowe Innovation Centre takes a lot of compliance off our hands such as heating, premises maintenance, fire equipment and a defibrillator. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the tenants meet socially from time to time. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Marlowe Innovation Centre for any SME."
